Although we are not an exclusively "Christian program", most of our faculty (including five former missionary physicians) and many of our residents are believers. We are based at a county safety-net hospital that cares for everyone, including many refugees and other immigrants, irrespective of their insurance status. Abortions are not performed here, and personal beliefs regarding the prescription of birth control are respected.
