Clifford Lau, MD is a family physician and formerly served as the medical director at City Impact Health and Wellness Center, a church based clinic for the homeless and marginally housed of San Francisco. Clifford is a proud Golden Bear (college) and Anteater (medical school). and a three time Stanford reject (college, medical school, and residency).

He is a Board Certified Family Physician and graduate of the SUNY-Buffalo School of Medicine. He completed his residency training at Lancaster General Hospital in the Family Practice Residency Program and was awarded a fellowship at SUNY-Buffalo Department of Family Medicine in Faculty Development and Primary Care Research. Dr. Glick also holds a faculty appointment at SUNY-Buffalo in the School of Medicine. Over the past 20 years, the family practice has grown to include two sites with twenty-eight medical providers (including him), and now sees over 60,000 patient visits per year on the West and East Sides of Buffalo. Many of the patients are refugees and do not speak English.
Jericho Road expanded globally to start a primary medical center in Kono District of Sierra Leone, and Goma, DRC-Congo. Dr Glick is a tireless advocate for the poorest and most vulnerable here in Buffalo and in places like Sierra Leone and Congo. His wife, Joyce, works at Jericho Road as the front office manager. Joyce and Myron have four children.

Through college Bible studies and mission trips to India and Mexico City, she realized she was called to follow Jesus in loving and caring for people in poverty. She graduated from UCSD School of Medicine and completed a Masters of Public Health at San Diego State University. She graduated from family practice residency in Long Beach and has been working with inner city, underserved populations at Los Angeles Christian Health Centers since 2000.
She has served as the Chief Medical Officer since January 2013. As a leader at LACHC, Dr. Katy is passionate about shepherding the providers and staff to see God at work, bringing justice, reconciliation, and hope to patients and communities. LACHC serves a predominately homeless population. She is thankful for her husband of 25 years, who is a pastor, and for her two children.

Dr. Detmer completed his undergraduate training at Yale University and medical school at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. He is board certified in family medicine and licensed in the State of Illinois. He has worked at Lawndale Christian Health Center since 1999. In 2001, Dr. Detmer was promoted to Chief Clinical Officer of Operations. In this capacity, he works to improve access for patients and to ensure efficient clinic operations.
